NURTURING THE SEED OF GREATNESS IN OUR CHILDREN

Every child comes with a unique mix of strengths and weaknesses based on their unique personality types. Some come, naturally confident and outgoing, while others are shy and reserved.

Each child is wired differently than others. Even their learning styles vary. While some are auditory learners, others are more inclined to the visual learning style. Yet others are kinesthetic in nature.

Teaching is not trying to change a child into what it's not. No! It is helping to groom, nurse and give expression to who a child already is.

The core assignment of a class teacher then is to, first, decipher a child's unique wiring, and help that child discover and embrace its uniqueness, and nurture that seed of greatness to maturity.
